We proudly offer nationwide delivery across the Philippines. Operating 7 days a week in Metro Manila (including Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, and Rizal) and 6 days a week outside of these areas, we aim to reach most locations throughout the country. Please note that deliveries to some remote areas may be limited.

Metro Manila Delivery:

For customers in Metro Manila, enjoy our same-day delivery by placing your order before 2:00 PM (Philippine time). Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following day unless a specific delivery date is selected.

Peak Seasons:

During peak occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and New Year, delivery times may be limited due to high demand. To avoid delays, please place your order early. If no delivery date is specified, our team will arrange the earliest possible delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. However, orders placed before the cutoff will be delivered any time within the specified delivery day.

Provincial Delivery:

For provincial areas, orders placed before 12:00 noon (Philippine time) are eligible for next-day delivery, unless a preferred date is selected. Please note that next-day deliveries may not be available during peak seasons, and we do not deliver on Sundays in distant provincial regions.

Hospital Deliveries:

When sending gift baskets to hospitals, please ensure the recipient will still be present at the time of delivery to avoid any issues.

Far Provincial Areas:

For remote areas where delivery may be challenging, the recipient may need to pick up their gift basket from the nearest courier office. In such cases, both the buyer and recipient will be notified. Shipping charges remain applicable regardless of whether the item is delivered or picked up. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, your order will be delivered on the designated day.
